Once the beans arrive at our HQ, we roast, cup, and fine-tune the roast profiles until the coffee truly shines in the cup. Every weekday, we roast and ship using solar energy from our rooftop, taking a sample from each batch to cup for quality, track its unique characteristics, and refine our approach. This way, every coffee we send out not only meets our standards but is genuinely exceptional.
