Shipping policy

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged once your package is received by the carriers and during transit.

Clearly, we have little influence once the package has been accepted by the Carriers and over the process of the Postal/Shipping System.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Saturday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Fish On Custom Rod, LLC uses United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx and UPS for most of its shipping service. Clearly we have little influence over the current process of the Postal/Shipping System. We will do everything possible to pack and ship your order as soon as possible. Tracking numbers, when applicable, will be created and forwarded to you as soon as possible.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
