Togarashi (to-gah-RAH-shee) is a traditional Japanese seven-spice blend. We take those spices and add our signature bourbon barrel twist. We start with our Bourbon Smoked Pepper, which is slow smoked over bourbon barrel staves. Then we add Bourbon Smoked Sesame Seeds along with nori, mustard, and poppy seeds. The result is an exotic flavor experience with a hint of subtle smokiness. Bourbon Smoked Togarashi is delicious on meats, seafood, and vegetables.
