This tea blend is inspired by the signature Onyx Delight latte, a beverage normally made with espresso, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Enjoy this tea blend interpretation, with a single estate Dian Hong black tea from Yunnan province, China. This region is commonly known as "the motherland of tea." The incorporation of rolled oat lends a creamy texture, while the cinnamon pieces and natural vanilla and honey flavorings bring a comforting sweetness.
Yunnan, China is a province located in the southwestern part of China, known for its diverse tea culture and being one of the oldest and most famous tea-growing regions in the country. The province has a mild, subtropical climate with high altitudes, which provides the perfect conditions for cultivating a wide range of high-quality teas.

In looking to mimic the flavor our our famous Onyx Delight latte, we created the Onyx Tealight tea and decided to add rolled oats an an integral ingredient in the tea blend.
Organic Gluten-Free Rolled oats make a great addition to a tea blend aimed at capturing the flavors of honey, vanilla, and cinnamon because they have a naturally mild, creamy, and slightly nutty taste that enhances the smoothness of the overall infusion. When steeped, oats release subtle, sweet undertones that complement the warm spice of cinnamon, the floral sweetness of honey, and the soft, comforting notes of vanilla.
