Each board is fini with our Tung Oils from Sutherland Welles Ltd., with Bowl & Board™ ensuring its food safety.

After washing with soap and water and allowing to dry on its side, regular application of a food grade mineral oil or Bowl & Board™ is recommended to maintain long-term durability.
