Kentucky Smoked Bluegrass Soy Sauce is unlike any soy sauce you've tasted. Micro-brewed in small batches using whole Kentucky-grown non-GMO soybeans, soft red winter wheat, and pure limestone-filtered Kentucky spring water — then aged in repurposed bourbon barrels for a depth of flavor that's unmistakably Kentucky.
Tasting Notes:
- Beef Jerky & Broth — rich, meaty umami foundation
- Smoked Oak & Leather — complex barrel-aged character
- Tobacco & Barbecue — bold, smoky depth
- Intensely Flavorful — a little goes a long way
Perfect For:
- Marinades for steaks, chicken, and salmon
- Stir-fries and noodle dishes
- Dipping sauce for sushi and dumplings
- Adding umami depth to soups and stews
- Finishing grilled meats
Micro-brewed in small batches in Louisville, Kentucky — where bourbon tradition meets culinary craft.
