Shipping Information
At Fish On Custom Rod, LLC, we want to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of our shipping policy. Please take a moment to read through the following information.
Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package is accepted by the carriers and during transit, Fish On Custom Rod, LLC is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged. We understand that this can be frustrating, but it's important to note that we have little influence over the process of the Postal/Shipping System once the package has been accepted by the carriers.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Saturday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. However, please note that orders placed on Saturday after 2:00 PM and select Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Specifically, orders placed on Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas will be processed on the next business day.

At Fish On Custom Rod, LLC, we utilize the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS for most of our shipping needs. These carriers have been selected based on their reliability and efficiency in delivering packages to our customers.
Please note that while we strive to provide the best shipping experience possible, we have little influence over the current process of the Postal/Shipping System. However, we will do everything possible to pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
