Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return or refund. All sales on discounted items are final.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it free of charge. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the exchange process.
Please note that all copper products and daily tubes, sun tubes, headbands, and headwear are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
