Shipping Information
At Fish On Custom Rod, LLC, we want to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of our shipping policy. Please take a moment to read through the following information.
Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package is accepted by the carriers and during transit, Fish On Custom Rod, LLC is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged. We understand that this can be frustrating, but it's important to note that we have little influence over the process of the Postal/Shipping System once the package has been accepted by the carriers.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Saturday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. However, orders placed on Saturday after 2:00 PM and select Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Specifically, orders placed on Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas will be processed on the next business day.

At Fish On Custom Rod, LLC, we primarily rely on the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and UPS for most of our shipping requirements. These carriers have been chosen for their proven reliability and efficiency in delivering packages to our customers.
It’s important to acknowledge that while we make every effort to provide the best possible shipping experience, we have limited control over the current processes within the Postal/Shipping System. Nevertheless, we will diligently pack and ship your order as promptly as feasible.
